Technology Reviews
Google Pixel Watch 2
The new smartwatch maintains its familiar design, but Google has made subtle enhancements. The digital crown has been redesigned for improved usability. While the screen and dimensions remain unchanged from the original Google Pixel Watch, appearances can be deceiving. The cover glass is thinner (though equally strong), and the body now features lightweight, recycled aluminum, resulting in a noticeable reduction in weight.
More significantly, this watch boasts new components and a major platform update. With a fresh quad-core processor and Wear OS 4.0, it’s arguably one of the best Wear OS watches available, if not among the top smartwatches overall.
Apple Vision Pro
Apple touts the Vision Pro as the world’s first spatial computing device a concept that seamlessly blends the real world with digital elements. Unlike traditional augmented reality, the Vision Pro doesn’t overlay virtual objects onto your surroundings. Instead, it projects the real world directly into your eyes using near-4K screens that adapt to your eye position. The headset features 12 cameras, primarily for tracking the outside environment and delivering those images through its impressive screens.
Galaxy S24 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra redefines what it means to be ‘Ultra’—a phone that transcends the smartphone category. It outperforms other phones in every aspect, boasting better battery life, faster performance, and enhanced cameras. However, the new AI features can occasionally slow it down. Unfortunately, Samsung’s aging software buries exciting features under layers of settings and menus. Despite this, witnessing the Ultra in action justifies its price, and some features feel downright magical. Still, there’s room for improvement at the top.
Iphone 15
The iPhone 15, released in September 2023, didn't receive as much attention as the Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models, which featured a titanium frame and a new zoom camera on the Max version. However, the base model still saw some significant updates.
The iPhone 15 now boasts a new 48 MP main camera—not the same sensor as the iPhone 14 Pro, but still a notable upgrade. The Dynamic Island cutout, previously exclusive to the iPhone 14 Pro models, is now standard across all iPhone 15 series models. Additionally, the metal frames have been redesigned with a slight bevel for a more comfortable grip. Finally, the iPhone 15 includes a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, although it only supports USB 2 speeds.

AirPods Pro (Gen2)
The AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) build on the success of their predecessors with several key improvements. They feature enhanced active noise cancellation (ANC) and transparency modes, offering a more immersive audio experience by adapting to different environments. The second-generation model also includes a longer battery life, upgraded H2 chip for better performance, and improved spatial audio for a more immersive listening experience. Additionally, the case now supports MagSafe charging, has a built-in speaker for easier location through the Find My app, and includes a lanyard loop for added convenience. Overall, the AirPods Pro Gen 2 refine the already excellent design and functionality of the original, making them a top choice for wireless earbuds.

Google Chromebook Pixlelbook
The Google Pixelbook is a high-end Chromebook that showcases the best of what Chrome OS has to offer, combining sleek design with powerful performance. It features a stunning 12.3-inch touchscreen with vibrant colors and sharp resolution, making it ideal for both work and entertainment. Powered by Intel processors and offering up to 16GB of RAM, the Pixelbook handles multitasking with ease, providing a smooth and responsive experience whether you're browsing, streaming, or running Android apps. Its versatile 2-in-1 design allows it to function as both a laptop and a tablet, with a 360-degree hinge that adapts to various modes like tent and presentation.

Iphone 16
The iPhone 16 represents Apple's latest leap in smartphone technology, combining sleek design with advanced features. With improvements in camera capabilities, performance, and battery life, it aims to enhance the user experience while maintaining the signature elegance of the iPhone lineup. This iteration continues Apple's tradition of innovation, catering to both everyday users and tech enthusiasts alike.
